Nowadays modeling in Nepal is considered as the stepping-stone for success in the Kollywood, other ad industry. Modeling is certainly an art and as far as glamour and popularity are concerned it equals the resplendence and exquisiteness of the tinsel world .Unlike the artists of the tinsel world ,Nepali female models are to a certain extent confined to the interior phantasmagoria of ramps ,catwalks or studios, though the current trends indicate otherwise.
 
Modeling today has become one of the most sought after career options for youngsters in Nepal. With the expansion of consumerism and media there has been a fabulous boost in the ad industry. This along with upsurge in fashion industry has made modeling an attractive career option. Nepali female model can be seen in music video and in ad. It is a profession where educational qualifications become insignificant and physical attributes and personal qualities assume importance. Nepali female Model, modeling from teen age, even Nepali female model doesn’t know much about fashion world they just thinks to pose in front of camera.

Glamour is very lucrative but every Nepali female model is not comfortable with this type of modeling and how much skin they have to show. For glamour or body model one need to be really toned and in great shape but in Nepali female model we can’t see about this.

Modeling can be mainly classified into Television modeling, Print modeling / still modeling, Ramp modeling/live modeling, Show room modeling, Advertising modeling etc. We can see Nepali female model in all this classified but Nepali female model were not so perfect in all this.
